Mcdonald's employee performance review
A performance review is a critique on how well you doing you job. You'll
sit down with your manager, the manager will go over how well you've
been doing the job or inform you on what things you need to improve on.
In addition, the manager will go over your attendence for the past 3
months. Performance reviews also determine your yearly raise.
